  1. User Responsibilities

  1. Payments & Refund Policy

At AC Design Studio, we require a two-part payment structure for our services:

Payment Structure

Deposit (Non-Refundable)

  • A [50%] upfront deposit is required before starting the project.
  • This deposit secures your booking and covers initial planning, research, and early-stage work.
  • Once work has begun, this deposit is non-refundable.

Final Payment

  • The remaining [50% balance] is due upon project completion, before the final delivery of files, access, or live deployment.
  • Payment must be made before handing over the final project.

Invoices for deposits and final payments will be issued via email. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once work has started on the project.
  • If the client decides to cancel before work begins, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, excluding any costs already incurred.
  • If the client fails to make the final payment, we reserve the right to withhold all project deliverables until full payment is received.
  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all payments are non-refundable once work has started. However, we are committed to delivering quality service and will work with you to resolve any concerns.

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to address your concerns and find a mutually acceptable solution.

Late Payments & Additional Charges

  • If the final payment is not received within 7 days, a late fee of 5% of the total balance per week will be applied.
  • Continued non-payment beyond 21 days may result in project cancellation and legal action to recover outstanding amounts

Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via: Bank Transfer / Revolut / PayPal / Stripe, etc.
  1. Client Approval & Revisions

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables during the project. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the deliverables.

  • Minor revisions (such as text or colour changes) may be included depending on the service agreement.
  • Major revisions, scope changes, or additional work will be subject to additional charges.
  • If no feedback is provided within 7 days, the work is considered approved, and final payment will be required.
  1. Confidentiality Clause

AC Digital Studio is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information provided during projects.

  • We will not disclose any confidential client information to third parties without explicit permission, unless required by law.
  • Clients agree to provide accurate, lawful, and non-confidential materials for use in their projects.
  • If the client provides sensitive data, a separate NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) may be required.
  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, designs, graphics, and text on this website are the property of AC Design Studio and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or reproduce any materials without our written permission.

Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables created for their project (e.g., designs, websites, content). However, AC Design Studio retains the right to use anonymized project details for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding the success of marketing campaigns, search engine rankings, or social media growth. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

No Guarantee Disclaimer: Digital marketing results vary based on competition, industry trends, and search engine algorithms.

AC Design Studio is not liable for delays or failures in service delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or technical failures.

We use third-party tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to deliver our services. While we strive to ensure optimal performance, we are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party tools or platforms. AC Digital Studio reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our website or services at any time, without prior notice, if:

  • A client violates these Terms & Conditions.
  • A client engages in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
  • There is non-payment for services within the agreed timeline.
  • If a contract is terminated due to the client’s actions, any deposits or partial payments will not be refunded.
  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

  • By using our services, clients agree that all legal proceedings shall take place in Ireland.
  • Any contract disputes will be resolved through mediation before escalating to legal action.
